Who can join?
Troop 2 welcomes all Scouts ages 10-17 years of age throughout the year as long as they’ve completed 5th grade, joined on or after March 1st, or have earned the Arrow of Light award during Cub Scouts.
How do I join?
Please join us at a weekly meeting! Use the contact form above to let us know to expect you. At the meeting you can complete and pay for registration . Along with the registration paperwork parents should complete the BSA medical forms. An Emergency Contact information will also be collected during this process.
I’ve joined, now what?
Every scout should purchase the following items for their uniform:
- BSA Scout Class A Uniform Shirt (short sleeves recommended)
- BSA Scout Uniform shorts and pants (switchbacks are recommended)
- Sturdy hiking boots
The Troop will provide them to you:
- Troop Neckerchief (An embroidered neckerchief will be provided after the scouts first overnight camp out in a tent.)
- Troop Numerals (for uniform)
- You will be provided with a Class B t-shirt to be worn during Troop trips.
